Goa Government has initiated a project named”GPGRAMS”.It is a Goa Government Grievance Redressal Portal. It ensure proper online remedial service to the citizen regarding State Government grievances.

This Portal provides a centralized platform for its citizen to lodge grievances related to the respective departments of State Government. It primarily consists of a State level Call Center with integrated web portal. It will act as a single point of contact for addressing and redressing grievances related to Goa Government services. Citizens can lodge their grievances against any government department/ office through this portal. These grievances will further be sent to the respective office/ department for redressal.

A citizen can lodge his/her grievance with the Chief Minister Office, Deputy Chief Minister Office, Chief Secretary Office, State Government Departments, etc. Reminder of already filed complaints can also be sent through already filed complaint registration number. The status of registered complaints/grievances can also be checked. Users need to fill up this online form with details such as name, complaint category, address, contact numbers, etc. to lodge a complaint through this Portal.

  1. Respected Sir,
    My daughter Miss Sanjita S. Nadkarni has availed interest free education loan in academic year 2015-16 IFEL Reg. No. 2015160017 which is released in installment by the Department of Education and as per the procedure my daughter has done the renewal in the month of September, 2016 along with the copy of the receipt of payment of term fee and other necessary documents. But till date she has not received the amount of installment, For the payment of first term fee in the month of August, 2016 we have arranged the amount anyhow from the well wisher with promise to repay within 3 months under the bonafide belief that the Government will credit the amount soon after the renewal. However no amount was paid till January, 2017 and it was mandatory to pay the 2nd term fee in the month of January, 2017 and since she has not received the amount till January, 2017 and it was told to her that due to code of conduct amount could not be released, we had to arrange the amount from the money lender at huge interest rate as no bank was giving the loan for short period. Though almost one month has passed after the expiry of code of conduct, Department has not released the instalment of current year and as such we are facing a great deal of mental torture. So I request to look into the matter immediately and caused to release the amount at an earliest.
