After applying for new pan card, correction pan card, reprint of pan card by any Indian, NRI or Non-indian, such applicant has to send the hard copy of application along with copy / copies of ID Proofs for personal ID, Address Proof and Date Of Birth. After receiving the hard copy of application from the applicant, Moon Soft (Service Provider Company) will scrutinize the correctness of the application and there will be following position of the application :-
- Applicant will get the intimation of defect by e-mail from email@example.com.
- Until or otherwise, all the defects in the application will be removed, the application will not be sent for further processing and that application will remain held-up with Moon Soft Technologies Private Ltd.
Therefore, the applicant should make / lodge his / her complaint online by email to firstname.lastname@example.org (Moon Soft Technologies Private Ltd) in following circumstances :-
- All defects have been removed by the applicant and no defect is pending for removal.
- Despite removal of defects, applicant has not received his / her NSDL Acknowledgement (Receipt) or 15 digit NSDL Acknowledgement Number.
- For all other problems and defects in services provided by Moon Soft, customer should make online complaint.
